Join me for a deep dive into the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo!
With the Sun in Pisces and the eclipse axis highlighting Virgo, we are called into the sacred dance of water and earth. The primordial elements that shape us, nourish us, and bring us home to our bodies, our emotions, and the wisdom of the unseen.
Virgo, the mutable Earth sign ruled by Mercury, governs our daily rituals, our service to the world, and the ways we cultivate healing in the mundane. But with Mercury stationing retrograde for most of March, the path forward isn’t linear—it’s cyclical, calling us to retrace old steps, to unearth forgotten wisdom, and to listen more deeply than ever before.
Under this eclipse, we are asked to tend to the reclaiming Path—the ancient way of being in harmony with the natural cycles, the unspoken laws of the land, and the forgotten rhythms of time.
In a world brimming with information yet starving for connection, how do we return to our roots? How do we truly know ourselves beyond the noise of modern distractions?
Perhaps it’s time to put our feet back on the ground, to dig our hands into the soil, to touch something real and unfiltered.
Venus Retrograde in Aries reminds us that love, desire, and self-worth are being redefined. She challenges us to ask: Who am I when I am not seeking approval? What do I truly desire, beyond conditioned expectations?
This journey mirrors the ancient myth of Inanna, the Sumerian goddess who descended into the underworld. Stripped of her adornments, her power, and her identity, Inanna faced death and darkness before she could be reborn. Like Inanna, we are called to descend—not as punishment, but as initiation. Venus Retrograde, much like Inanna’s journey, invites us to shed the false layers of self and face the raw, unfiltered truth of our desires and wounds. Only in the darkness do we find what is real, what is worth reclaiming, and what must be released.
Meanwhile, Mercury Retrograde ensures that we will be revisiting conversations, relationships, and choices from the past. Virgo urges us to clean up, to refine, to clear the energetic clutter—but first, we must get our hands dirty.
My ancestor took one look at me sitting in front of my desk, being busy with the world and its demands, and she whispered, “It’s time to get your hands dirty.”
As much as Virgo loves to be clean, first, she must be covered in earth, in moss, in the raw truth of existence. To walk the healing path is to walk through the mess—through the grief of what has been lost, through the stories buried in our bones, through the untamed wilderness of our becoming.
This Lunar Eclipse will reawaken the places in our lives that crave release, cleansing, and deep soul retrieval. Not for the sake of wiping the slate clean, but to ask the unspoken questions. To be the voice for those who could not speak. To step onto the dance floor of the wild unknown and surrender to the rhythm of something greater than ourselves.
Reclaim that we came here to live, to relearn, and to bear witness to the miraculous unfolding of everyday life.
